When Jeff Taylor built Monster.com, he changed how the world looks for work. His next venture, Eons.com, set out to change how a generation looks at getting older - an online community built for boomers over fifty who have no intention of slowing down.
The idea behind "booming" your life is disarmingly simple: rather than winding down, you take stock of what you still want to do and go after it deliberately.
